The following terms and conditions (henceforth: the “Terms and Conditions”) are valid between web-shop user (henceforth: customer) and Nowitski Brand OÜ (Reg. No. 16499616) (henceforth: Nowitski Brand OÜ; may be referred to as “us” and “we”) and apply to all use of and orders placed on the nowitski.ee website, our mobile website or via email.
Nowitski.ee is a web-shop through which Nowitski Brand OÜ sells its products to customers.
The two parties are governed by Estonian law, European Union law, as well as these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to update the terms and conditions at any time, and those changes are reflected in the Terms and Conditions document.
The customer is obligated to read and understand the terms and conditions before placing any orders on nowitskibrand.com.
Products and The Ordering Process
All products displayed on the web-shop can be purchased or ordered.
The customer will receive a confirmation email about the purchase.
Unintentional errors may occur in the product descriptions, for which Nowitski Brand OÜ is not legally liable, but will do everything possible to prevent them.
The customer confirms that he/she is at least 16 years old.
As soon as the customer places the products that they wish to buy into the shopping bag, he or she fills out all the necessary information, selects the shipping and payment methods, and completes the purchase.
Upon submitting the order, the customer confirms that the correct personal information has been entered (name, surname, phone number, address, email) required to complete it.
Nowitski Brand OÜ is not responsible for any shipping issues resulting from the incorrect entry of personal information by the customer.
After the full amount has been transferred to the Nowitski Brand OÜ account, the sale is completed.
Before the sale has been completed, the products are visible for other customers to purchase.
Prices
All the prices shown in our web-shop are in Euros and include VAT (Value Added Tax).
It is the right of Nowitski Brand OÜ to change the price of the products at any time.
If a customer has concluded an order and the price has changed after that, we will deliver the order with the price at the time of the order being concluded.

ordering and shipping
Select the products that you like, choose the size/color, and then click the “Add to Cart” button. The products are added to the shopping cart, which you can view by clicking “View cart”. You can also press the shopping bag icon and choose “View cart & Checkout”.
Once you’ve verified that everything is correct, click “Proceed to checkout” and fill in the required information, select a shipping method, and pay for your purchase.
Upon full payment being received on our account, a sales contract is concluded.

Returns
A return is offered by Nowitski Brand OÜ for all purchases made via our web-shop or via instagram (excluding special orders) within 14 days of purchase.
The customer must contact Nowitski Brand OÜ by email (hello@nowitskibrand.com) to request a return.
Emails should contain the order number, the item name(s) and a reason for returning the item(s).
In the event that 14 days have passed since you received your package, we will not be able to offer a return or exchange.
The customer shall bear the costs of returning items, except when the returning is due to the fact that a refundable item does not meet the order (such as a wrong or defective product).
Conditions for Returns
Returns must be made within 14 days of filling out the return statement. The goods must be packaged and unused. If the goods have been used then the return will not be granted.
As long as the goods are returned correctly, the merchant must return the full purchase price to the customer within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. The refund will be made to the same account from which the funds were transferred.
Special Orders
We offer our customers the option of ordering our products based on the exact length in cm, more specifically the length of the sleeves and pant legs, as well as the absolute length of the item (from neck).
The special orders can be made via email (hello@nowitskibrand.com) or via Instagram, and payment will be made by invoice.
The invoice will be sent to the customer’s email address once the order has been accepted.
Privacy Policy
As a customer, you are allowing Nowitski Brand OÜ to manage your personal information.
The customer is assured that all his/her information is protected from third parties and handled with the utmost care.
Our company values and takes care of the security of your personal data. We collect and manage that data with care and take specific measures to keep it protected.
The policy applies to all protected personal information collected, maintained, or used by Nowitski Brand OÜ when the customer provides us with personal data, and such data is processed and used in accordance with this policy. Personal data are processed by Nowitski Brand OÜ in accordance with Estonia and European Union legislation.
The privacy terms described in this document may change or be modified at any time by Nowitski Brand OÜ, if necessary a revised version of the terms will be published here.
Processing of Personal Data and Purposes of the Use of Personal Data
As part of the product purchase process, Nowitski Brand OÜ collects the following personal information: name, gender, birthday, phone number, email, postal address, and purchase history.
A client consents to the processing of his/her personal data once they subscribe to Nowitski Brand OÜ’s newsletter, sign up for its loyalty program, purchase something from the Nowitski Brand OÜ web-shop, or otherwise provide his/her details through the Nowitski Brand OÜ web-shop or any other online channel.
Personal information stored on a client and his/her orders is protected and treated as confidential information by Nowitski Brand OÜ. Nowitski Brand OÜ does not have access to the clients’ confidential bank and payment card details. The data communication between the client and the bank and the card payment center is encrypted.
Personal data entered by the purchaser is only used for processing the order and delivering goods to the purchaser. Personal data is also forwarded to the transport service provider for delivery purposes.
We only send newsletters and offers to e-mail addresses of purchasers who have indicated their desire to receive direct mail by entering their e-mail addresses on the website.
We make it easy for purchasers to opt out of offers and newsletters sent to their e-mail address at any time by sending us an email or by following the instructions included in an offer e-mail.
